Welcome to The Joyful Getaway Co (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (https://thejoyfulgetaway.com) and the booking of our properties. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
– All bookings are subject to availability.
– A valid payment method is required to confirm a booking.
– Full payment must be made before the start of your stay.
– We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods.
– Taxes, fees, and additional charges will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
– Cancellations must be made within the specified cancellation period to receive a full or partial refund.
– Refunds will be processed within 7 business days for the amount paid by Stripe to our company.
– No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
– Special offers and non-refundable bookings are not eligible for cancellation.
As a guest, you agree to:
– Provide accurate and complete information during booking.
– Respect the property and its furnishings.
– Follow all house rules and instructions from the host.
– Be responsible for any damage caused to the property during your stay.
– Ensure the safety and security of your personal belongings.
Except stating otherwise on a specific property:
– Check-in time: 5 pm /17h
– Check-out time: 10 am / 10h
– Unapprouved Late check-out will be charges $250/€250
– Identification may be required before check-in.
– For security reason we don’t accept luggage drop. In Paris, Toulouse and Hossegor, we can recommend you a trustable company that will keep your bags for a small fee. Contcat us for more details.
– No smoking inside the property.
– No pets allowed unless specified and approved
– No parties or events without prior approval.
– Quiet hours must be observed between 9 pm and 7 am (21h-7h)
– We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal property.
– We are not liable for injuries or accidents that occur during your stay unless caused by our negligence.
– We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you:
– Violate these Terms and Conditions.
– Engage in illegal or disruptive behavior.
– Cause damage to the property or disturb other guests.
We are not liable for failure to fulfill our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
– Natural disasters
– War or civil unrest
– Government actions or regulations
– Power outages or technical failures
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of France for booking in France and Nevada, USA for booking in Tahoe property. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris for bookings in France and Reno, NV, USA for booking in Inclne Village, Nv, on the Lake Tahoe.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
